Business Continuity Management (BCM) provides organizations with a structured approach to identify risks, protect critical processes, and ensure that essential services can continue during and after disruptions. A well-designed Business Continuity Plan (BCP) helps organizations maintain operational resilience while minimizing downtime and losses.
This programme equips participants with practical knowledge and tools to develop, implement, test, and maintain effective business continuity plans within their organizations. Participants will explore key BCM principles, conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA), identify critical processes, and design continuity strategies that support organizational resilience.
