Business Continuity Management (BCM) provides organizations with a structured approach to identify risks, protect critical processes, and ensure that essential services can continue during and after disruptions. A well-designed Business Continuity Plan (BCP) helps organizations maintain operational resilience while minimizing downtime and losses.
