This 2-days practical programme equips participants with essential cross-cultural communication skills to work effectively within Malaysia’s diverse workforce. Participants will develop awareness of cultural differences, communication styles, values and workplace expectations, enabling them to communicate clearly, reduce misunderstandings, manage conflict respectfully, build inclusive and high-trust teams. Realistic workplace-based case studies, role-plays and guided discussions ensure learning is practical, relevant and immediately applicable at work.
